For various reasons, I can sometimes go through a seriously long stretch where I don’t take any photographs. I seem to be in one of those stretches right now, but I made it to the river recently and captured this handsome fellow on a cloudy morning:
This was taken with a Nikon D800 using a Nikkor 80-400 mm lens. The exposure was 1.6 seconds @ f/16 using ISO 50 and a 3-stop neutral density filter.
