One of the signature buildings in the Richmond Virginia skyline is the Federal Reserve Building. The tall, silver monolith stands out proudly along the banks of the James River.
The reflection of the building in the river creates an abstract scene when coupled with a long exposure to blur the motion of the water. The highlight in the water is caused by one edge of the building catching the sunlight at just the right angle.
