A new image from last Sunday:

As the title suggests; it was cold that morning! This was actually the first time I’d ever ventured down to the river while it was cold enough to form ice like this. I saw this composition and set my camera up to capture it, waiting for quite a while for a bit of sun to peak through the clouds and the trees along the river bank and light up a bit of these rocks.
Taken with a Nikon D800 using a Nikkor 24-85mm zoom lens. 3 seconds @ f/14 and ISO 100. A small stack of neutral density filters were used to extend the exposure enough to blur the motion of the flowing water.
